The last week has been an unforgettable one as I returned to life at sea as a guest entertainer aboard P&O Cruises' flagship, Arvia - the largest cruise ship serving the British market.
Over the course of six fantastic days, I had the privilege of performing six theatre shows for more than 3,500 guests as we sailed through some of Europe's most beautiful destinations, including Spain, the French Riviera and Italy.
Six Shows, More Than 3,500 Guests
This cruise saw me present three performances of my "Modern Magic" show and three performances of "Mind Games", bringing a mixture of mind-reading, psychology, magic and audience interaction to thousands of holidaymakers enjoying their Mediterranean adventure.
From the very first show, the response from guests was phenomenal. Every audience brought incredible energy, enthusiasm and plenty of laughter, making each performance unique. One of the things I love most about performing onboard cruise ships is that passengers are already there ready to relax, have fun and make memories – and the audiences aboard Arvia certainly delivered.

The Beautiful 900-seat theatre onboard Arvia!
Arvia has quickly become one of the most impressive cruise ships in Europe. As the largest ship ever built for the British market, she offers world-class entertainment facilities and an atmosphere that perfectly complements live performances.
Having the opportunity to perform in such a spectacular 900 seat theatre, in front of packed audiences night after night, was an absolute pleasure.
The Unsung Heroes: Arvia's Technical Production Team
A huge thank you must go to the incredible technical production crew onboard. If you’ve ever been on a cruise ship you’ll know how hard the crew works! Their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to delivering first-class entertainment are second to none.
Behind every successful show is a team of talented people working tirelessly backstage, and the crew aboard Arvia consistently ensured that every performance ran seamlessly. Their expertise and support made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish, and it's always a pleasure working alongside such dedicated professionals.
Amazing Audiences and Unforgettable Memories
One of the standout memories from this voyage was simply how much fun the audiences were. Whether during "Modern Magic" or "Mind Games", guests embraced every moment, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the week.
Cruise audiences are always special, but the passengers aboard Arvia made these six shows particularly memorable. Sharing moments of amazement, laughter and surprise with more than 3.500 people across the voyage was something I'll never forget.
Looking Ahead to July 2026
As this wonderful week comes to an end, I'm already looking forward to returning to P&O Cruises' Arvia at the end of July 2026.
It's always a privilege to perform aboard one of the world's most impressive cruise ships, and I can't wait to be back with more magic, mind reading and unforgettable evenings of entertainment.
Until then, thank you to everyone who came along to a show, and a special thank you to the outstanding crew and production team who make the magic happen both onstage and behind the scenes.
See you again soon, Arvia!
